Frogs' Home Learning
Over the last few weeks, Year three have been very busy and it has been lovely to see what you have been up to while we are all keeping safe at home.
Chloe has created a colourful, informative poster on one of our previous topics Tremors focusing on some of the natural disasters we have learnt about.
Oliver has taken on the art challenge set in Pack two and draw and labelled his view out of his window.
Inaya has also created a beautiful picture on purple mash for all of the wonderful NHS workers.
Owen has shared some photos with us to show everyone the amazing life skills he has been learning over the Easter holidays. He has even made a fire using a flint, similar to how we learnt people would have done in the Stone Age period.
Tremors
We have been learning about the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79AD and the destruction of Pompeii. We have done a setting description alongside practising our colour mixing skills, where we have used powder paint to create a powerful picture of the eruption.

Tribal Tales
Last half term, we learnt all about the prehistoric ages from the Stone Age to the Iron Age. We had a fabulous visit to Murton Park, where we discovered a Stone Age settlement and spent the day learning how to live as a Stone Age person.
